Who we are

Bluegrass Leadcatch is the trading name of Bluegrass Leadcatch LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company with its principal office at 326 Fairmeade Road, Louisville, KY 40207. Age restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request a Leak Audit, book a call, buy our services, or consent to receive text messages from us. Our services are sold to business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18 — if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

What we provide

We offer marketing services on monthly plans, described on our pricing page. Plan features, prices, and setup fees are subject to change; the terms that govern your service are the ones in the written agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over anything on this website if the two ever differ.

The free Leak Audit is exactly that — free, with no obligation. It's an estimate based on the information you give us, offered to help you understand where leads may be slipping away. It isn't a guarantee of results.

Text messages

If you tick the box asking us to text you, you're agreeing to receive text messages from Bluegrass Leadcatch. We keep the two kinds of messages separate, and you choose each one independently:

• Service messages — your audit results, appointment confirmations, and reminders for calls you booked.
• Marketing messages — occasional tips and offers. Entirely optional, never required to get your audit or to become a client.

• You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from us.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance. Setup fees are one-time and charged separately from the monthly fee. Your signed agreement sets out the term, what happens if you cancel, and any refund arrangements. We don't offer a general money-back guarantee; the only guarantee we make is the Booked-Jobs Guarantee, which applies to the Market Leader plan on the conditions stated on the pricing page.

What you own

You own your domain, your customer data, and your phone number — during the engagement and after it ends. We own the underlying tools, templates, and systems we use to deliver the work, along with the content of this website.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, submit someone else's contact details without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how the site works for other people.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on things outside our control — your market, your pricing, how quickly you answer the leads we send you, and how you handle the work. Except for the Booked-Jobs Guarantee where it applies, we don't promise specific revenue, lead volume, or search rankings. Examples and case studies on this site describe what particular businesses experienced, not what you should expect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bluegrass Leadcatch isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties to deliver parts of the service — website hosting, calling and messaging providers, calendar and CRM software, and analytics. Their own terms apply to their platforms, and we're not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
